Neerby displays event information as submitted by organizers and third parties. We do not independently verify the accuracy of all event details including dates, times, locations, or pricing. We recommend confirming event details directly with the organizer before attending.

Intellectual Property

The Neerby name, logo, and platform design are our property. Event content submitted by users remains the property of the submitting party. By submitting an event, you grant Neerby a non-exclusive license to display that content on the platform.

Disclaimer of Warranties

Neerby is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that event information will always be accurate or current.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Neerby and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to attending events listed on the platform.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of Neerby after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. The date at the top of this page reflects when the terms were last revised.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Missouri, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
